1107 American Way is your quintessential mountain home with stunning views and a private hot tub. This is the place to get away from it all and escape to the mountains! The first level has a living area complete with a cozy couches, card table, Foosball table and wet bar for your enjoyment. There is a full bath on this level. The bunk room with 3 twin bunk beds is also on this level. Go up the stairs to the main level and you'll find a queen bedroom with TV and a full bath. You'll enjoy the main living area with large TV, cozy gas fireplace and comfy couches. This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. There is also a half bath on the this level. You can also head out to the private hot tub and look at the stars or mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill as well. Turn the corner and you'll find another queen bedroom. Head up to the third level and you'll find another bedroom with a full bed and full bath right next door. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck.
